GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL PROGRAMS

Fees and Payments

Program Fees
Program fees are due upon registration. Enrollment in a program is not complete nor is placement assured until full payment has been received. Program fees are not refundable* or transferable except for documented medical reasons or in the case that the program registered for is canceled by the administrator.

Cancellations

Mini-Camps and Summer Program
Cancellations are at the sole discretion of the program administrator. If any regularly scheduled day is cancelled by the administrator, for weather or other reason, weekly registrants may make the day up during a subsequent week, space permitting, or a credit/refund* can be issued. Daily registrants whose day is cancelled may make the day up on any subsequent day, space permitting, or receive a credit/refund*. Refunds* are generally issued after the final offering of the season (usually the Thanksgiving holiday).

Play-Days
Cancellations are at the sole discretion of the program administrator. If any regularly scheduled Play-Day is cancelled by the administrator, for weather or other reason, registrants may make the day up, space permitting, on another Play-Day, a Mini-Camp day or a Summer Program day, or receive a credit/refund*. 

CPSports Classes and Rollerblading
Cancellations are at the sole discretion of the program administrator. Make up classes for cancellations will be held the last two weeks of the session. Participants must make up for cancelled classes during their usual class day/time. If any class is cancelled more than twice over the course of the session, participants may arrange to attend a make-up class on another day/time or receive a credit/refund*.

Refunds*/Make-ups

All Programs
Registration Fees are not refundable. Program Fees are not refundable* or transferable except for documented medical reasons or in the case that the program registered for is canceled by the administrator. Make-ups are at the sole discretion of the administrator based on the circumstances and availability.

Credits
Purchased credits are not refundable. Credits redeemed for a program that is cancelled will be returned to the customer’s account for future use. Credits are valid through the end of the season after the purchasing season (e.g., credits purchased in May and credits purchased in August of 2020 both expire in December of 2021). Expired credits are forfeited. The administrator may extend the expiration date of credits in the case that a program for which the credit was redeemed is cancelled. We may, occasionally, provide the opportunity to extend the validity of expiring credits for a fee but are under no obligation to provide such opportunity.

*Refunds
Refunds may be given in the case that a program that was scheduled prior to purchase (i.e., not scheduled using pre-purchased credits) is cancelled by the administrator and the customer is unable to use the make-up credit(s) before the end of the season. Refunds are generally issued after the final offering of the season (usually the Thanksgiving holiday).
