Playing Rules for our new registration system

Welcome! We hope our new registration system is a home run! Now, you can book and reschedule online, purchase flexible credits to use at your convenience, and share schedules with your friends.

Feel free to tee it up and let it fly but, if you land in the sand or just want some coaching ahead of time, we hope these tips can help.

Creating Your Account

To share credits within the family, you’ll need everyone to be on the same team. The “Customer” is the team Captain. They will be the main contact and should register with their email address. You’ll add the rest of the team later.

There is no password - you’ll be sent a code each time you log in. The account can also be accessed by cell phone.

If you would like to name an Assistant Captain - or a second parent - their phone # should be the main one listed on the account. This way, one parent can log in with email and the other with their phone #. You can list other phone #’s later under “Emergency Contacts”. If the Captain will be handling everything, they can enter both their email and phone.

Participants - Building your team

You can add players - usually kids, but we do have adult offerings from time to time - as you schedule or in advance, so you can simply select them when you’re ready to schedule.

Schedules and Credits

For the lowest price, you’ll pick a schedule and pay the appropriate fees. Select View Availability or Schedule Dates from the Menu or View Dates and Register Now from the Welcome Page (you can return to the Welcome Page from anywhere in the system by clicking our logo). Future changes to these schedules may incur a change fee.

For more flexibility, you’ll buy Credits and schedule when you’re ready. To purchase Credits, select Credits & Packages from either the Menu or the Welcome Page.
