Making Fun… Fun!

Sports are fun. They’re more fun when you know how, when and what to do!

Our program encourages your child to have fun while developing their ABC’s (Agility, Balance, Coordination, self-confidence).

Young kids racing in a colorful maze to promote agility, balance and coordination while having fun in a multi-spot environment. Play-based learning is key for young athletes. Sports are more fun when kids understand the fundamentals.

Progressive Skills

From Sparrows (3-4yo) focusing on body movement and basic sport specific skills (running, jumping, kicking, throwing, catching, use of bats/sticks/rackets)…

Youngest kids having fun on an obstacle course promoting the fundamentals of agility, balance and coordination that are key to core athleticism. Later they will learn the specifics of throwing, catching, kicking and more.

To Mallards (5-6yo) beginning to learn basic rules and teamwork while reinforcing individual skills...

5-7 year olds playing soccer and learning the basics of ball control fundamental to the sport. Kids learn the fundamentals of multiple sports including the use of bats, rackets, sticks and gloves in a multi sport summer camp type program.

Through Hawks (7-9yo) and Super Hawks (10-12yo) developing more advanced sport specific skills and game strategies…

8-12 year olds playing lacrosse focusing on teamwork and the fundamental skills of the game in a non-competitive, supportive atmosphere.

Our coaches engage all ages in fun, play based activities that secretly develop their abilities while they play.

3-5 year olds dribbling soccer balls through an obstacle course they created themselves. Creativity is an underrated aspect of athleticism.

Let them play!

We love teaching kids! But we can’t possibly teach them as well as they teach themselves. Our C U Play (Completely Unstructured Play) time lets your kids be kids. They choose the gear (or no gear), they make the rules and they play their way.

Catching footballs with lacrosse sticks, building forts with soccer goals, trying to tackle coach Tweh - anything (nearly) goes during this creative free time! In all honesty, many of our coaching “methods” have come from watching what the kids do on their own!

Play is a teacher. Kids thrive in unstructured environments like out CU Play sessions. Creativity and fun are the goal. Coaches learn from the kids too!
